Hello, my name is Tijs Teepen.
\nThroughout my studies in physics at TU Delft and throughout my career, cleanliness has been a recurring theme in my work.
\nI started my career at Mapper Lithography BV, where I was responsible for the proof of principle machine and worked many hours in the clean room. Installation at one of the TSCM FABs in Taiwan showed me what a real FAB looks like and how impressive such a building is. Later at Vernooy Vacuum Engineering BV, it became clear that creating ultra-high vacuum is possible only if all components and the vacuum vessel are extremely clean. In my position as general manager, I transformed Vernooy into a very well organised and efficient company for the production of high-quality and clean vacuum systems, a skill that Vernooy still has and is known for.
\nAs CTO of Masevon Group, I helped transform ASML and Zeiss into a premier supplier by designing and building a state-of-the-art cleanroom, cleaning facility and RGA system. All at a level suitable for supplying ASML Grade 1 assemblies. Building a new facility that meets the specifications of both ASML and Zeiss is a huge challenge and not something to be taken lightly.
\nAt Masevon, we also started developing machines and tools for the pharmaceutical and medical markets, where I learnt a lot about the complexity of GMP design and all the rules and guidelines that apply in this world.
\nI bring this knowledge to the Brecon Group and in particular to Brecon cleanroom systems BV. In my new position as business development manager at Brecon cleanroom systems BV, I can use my 25 years of experience to help our customers and partners optimise their cleanroom design.<\/p>\n
At Brecon cleanroom systems BV, we approach a cleanroom project not only as a construction, but as a system. All elements of this system (similar to modules in a machine) have an (in)direct effect on the end result. Our holistic approach included process flows, energy, environment, human interests, CAPEX and OPEX analyses to ensure an optimised solution for our customers<\/p>\n
