Brecon Cleanroom Systems B.V. is part of the Brecon Group in Tilburg. We specialise in the design and realisation of dust- and germ-free cleanroom and laboratory facilities. We do this for clients in the semi-conductor and high-tech sector with ISO 14644 classified wall and ceiling systems on the one hand, and in the GMP-related life cycle industry on the other. As well as in GMP-related life science market segments such as the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector, medical devices and food industry, but also, for example, for the Bio Science market.<\/p>\n

The other business units complete our range of services from the set-up of a URS to the complete qualification process. Years of cooperation with renowned mechanical engineering partners such as Kuijpers, ABN cleanroom technology and EQUANS, among others, enable us to offer turnkey projects.<\/p>\n

Our years of experience and broad expertise guarantee innovative (turn-key) solutions, which meet all requirements, standards, regulations and preconditions down to the last detail.<\/p>\n

Our production facility consists of a large sawing department, the department with our CNC machines and a department where doors and glass panels are produced.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A large warehouse with a large stock of aluminium profiles, various sheet materials and other products and equipment guarantees high quality, speed and flexibility!<\/p>\n

Where necessary, we use 3D technology to produce specific POM* parts to seal openings in building elements. We also have a modern washing line to process our flat glass completely stain-free into double-glazed panels.<\/p>\n

A trained and well-trained team of employees and continuous implementation of adequate quality control ensures a process worthy of \u2018lean\u2019 and helps the assembly on the project with a continuous supply of the right building elements.<\/p>\n
