SRBA Construction, SRBA Interior and Brecon Cleanroom Systems
SRBA Group B.V., founded three years ago, has split its operations into three independent companies with effect from 1 November 2025. Within the group, the divisions will now operate under the names SRBA Construction, SRBA Interior and Brecon Cleanroom Systems.
In recent years, SRBA Group had a clear three-way division of labour. SRBA Construction focused on finishing, maintenance and facility management. SRBA Interior was active in customised interiors, interior panelling and modular construction. The Controlled Environment division specialised in the design, production and installation of cleanrooms and laboratories.
Despite challenging market conditions, all parts developed strongly. However, the geopolitical and macroeconomic situation in 2025 prompted a strategic review of the group structure. “The dynamics in various markets require its own direction and focus,” said the executive board of SRBA Group.
SRBA Construction: focus on large non-residential construction
The construction branch will continue to operate under the name SRBA Construction. From the new branch in Beek en Donk, the company focuses on its core activities within the finishing sector and larger utility projects.
SRBA Interior: focused on growth and market strengthening
From its headquarters in Beek en Donk, SRBA Interior will continue its existing activities and expand them in a targeted manner. The focus will be on product innovation, broadening market segments and further strengthening its position in the interior market.
Brecon Cleanroom Systems returns as trusted name
The Controlled Environment division will continue under the rebranded Brecon Cleanroom Systems from its Tilburg office. The return to this name is obvious: over the past three decades, Brecon has built a strong reputation in the realisation of high-quality cleanrooms and laboratories.
Brecon Cleanroom Systems focuses on the design, realisation, fit-out and maintenance of cleanrooms and laboratories for the high-tech and life science markets. In doing so, the company aims for turnkey project delivery, both nationally and internationally. International expansion already took shape in 2024 with the acquisition of a 60% majority stake in Corporate Construction, a cleanroom builder in Connecticut, US.
Three independent companies under one group
The demerger will give the three companies room to further develop their own identity, strategy and growth path. SRBA Group shareholders will remain involved in all companies, each with its own resources, management and location.
