Cleanroom walls come in various systems, where materials and finishing levels may differ. A cleanroom wall is usually constructed from modules. Closed wall, glass and access modules are often interchangeable.
The assembly of a cleanroom wall is relatively quick. After appropriate measures (such as installing dust baffles) have been taken, exchanging modules in existing cleanrooms can also be done quickly. Cleanroom walls are easy to keep clean. Naturally, we will be happy to provide you with tailor-made advice.
WALL SYSTEM BRECON BCPS
The Brecon Cassette (wall) System consists of 70 mm. thick panels with a maximum height of 6 metres (assembled) and have a standard width of 1200 mm. Fitting panels should be at least 200 mm wide. The panels have no structural load-bearing function.
The wall panels are fitted with a sound- and heat-insulating material and this can include:
- High-pressure stone wool insulation material with an S.G. of 100 kg/m³
- Aluminium honeycomb material with a structure size of 20 mm
A panel is composed of aluminium frame profiles all around and has two surface finish options:
- 0.6 mm steel, coil-coated (standard 25 micron layer thickness)
- 3 mm HPL (High Pressure Laminate / colour indicative RAL 9010)
- Optionally, the panels can be supplied with a PVC food-safe coating or HPL in a food-safe version
The panels are connected with cold-rolled steel box section (1.5 mm). Seams between windows, frames and panels themselves are automatically created by the construction of the panels and the design of the profiles, Such dimensioned seams are necessary for the purpose of technically correct flush finishing using a cleanroom sealant.
