Realising a cleanroom requires seamless coordination of requirements, technical and regulatory possibilities between client, user. As read elsewhere on this site, we advise on design, structural engineering and the most appropriate choice of materials and type of wall and ceiling systems, doors and windows.

The materials used always comply with ISO 14644 requirements in terms of cleanability and not autonomously generating contamination. Our rubbers in our doors and the like are made of special raw materials without AMC (Air Molecular Contamination) effects! There are of course dust and microbiologically oriented wall and ceiling systems. This difference is mainly manifested by the so-called ‘flush’ finish!

Applying the right and high-quality materials alone will not get you there as a client! It is our project managers, supervisors and fitters who, with the available experience and knowledge of Controlled Environment facilities, determine the final result. Naturally, they all have VCA certification and are used to working according to a strict protocol, which may or may not be described in our assembly plan drawn up for each project.

Our team members within the Brecon Group work with passion and think not in problems but in challenges and solutions!

We have a range of applicable construction elements and to make it easier, we have compiled an overview of these by market segment. By simply clicking on the relevant product system, you will see the technical information of this specific building element.
