BCPS DOORS
The doors and frames form a unity due to the special design. The special design ensures that double sealing is made possible when closed. The sealing rubber is placed in the frame as well as the door. The rubber profile is developed on the basis of ETP, a tetra polymer rubber with excellent chemical resistance and high flexibility at low temperatures.
The door is formed by a panel filled with rock wool insulation material (100kg/m³) fitted with a specially designed aluminium frame. The door's frame fits perfectly into the frame as a counter shape. The panel itself, like the wall panels, is composed of aluminium frame profiles all around and has a coating on both sides of 0.6 mm steel, with a coil coating (standard 25 micron layer thickness). Optionally, the door panel can be supplied with a PVC food-safe coating of 150 micron layer thickness (colour RAL 9010).
Window section, flush-fitted, size 1200 x 200 mm. Both sides of the door can be fitted with 3.3.1. safety glass, mounted on an aluminium frame. Seams between the frame and the door panel are, due to the design of the profiles, automatically created for technically correct flush finishing with cleanroom sealant.
