Together with our reliable partners, it is possible to realise a turnkey project. From assisting in drafting the URS (User Requirements Specifications) to implementing a complete design and engineering process is what we offer. Today, the design process requires a Risk Based Approach, i.e. close teamwork with the stakeholders involved. The engineering process is performed on the basis of the well-known (ISPE) V-model and completed with the plan for the commissioning (Cx) and qualification (OQ) process.
If necessary, we make a Point-Cloud 3D scan prior to the engineering process to get an insight into every detail of the building. We then start with a sketch design drawn in Autocad or simply drawn with ruler and pencil. Eventually, during the engineering process, this develops into a final 3D Revit model. Together with our partners, we use this model to perform checks on clash situations and are able to optimally build our demarcation list. Finally, based on the output from the Revit model, our orders can be sent out. In our production facilities, the modules are then produced to millimetre accuracy to ensure fast and completely correct assembly of the prefabricated parts.
Increasingly, we are working with the addition of a broad spectrum of information in the BIM model. Using QR codes, it is possible to view or download product sheets, maintenance and cleaning instructions, detail drawings or test reports, among others, behind each model part.
